See the attached link to a graph. Things are getting better, but job security can still be tenuous for too many folks. This suggest that there is still turnaround work to be done to help small and lower middle market businesses.

Most people know those numbers are just published to manipulate the market. Gain lots of job and market will show gains as well. Have a bad quarter and the market will drop.

Let me know when you actually find an accurate measure of unemployment and not a manipulated graph reflecting one political party's "wish list".
