Unemployed way too long...

Unemployed way too long...

As many of you out there, I’ve been unemployed way too long and I am not sure where to go or what else to do. I am exhausted from rejection after rejection and not sure how much more strength I have to apply for any more jobs.

I need help getting my resume in front of the right company looking for me but does not yet know about me; I need someone to take a chance on me.

.

My friends and work connections on this site are genuine; I’ve built many friendships while at work and all of them can verify what I can or what I cannot do.?

  • My managers will say I am self motivated and when a task is not clear I get more information or clarify what needs to be done and then get it done.?
  • My mentors will tell you I ask intuitive questions and learn from their leadership.?
  • My project managers will tell you I ask questions to understand the purpose of an improvement.
  • My developer colleagues will tell you I gather information and an understanding of what the improvement is intended to do, how it was executed, and then I test it thoroughly.
  • My QA colleagues will tell you my testing methods are solid and my results are reliable.
  • My product owners will tell you they are fully supported during development, during launch, and supported after successful launches.

Why work for a company W-2? I created my own companies (that is plural) and I make in one year what I made in ten years on a W-2 job. You had your own businesses before as I recall. You have a VERY GOOD work ethic and produce on the job. You might as well produce for yourself instead of making someone else rich. Just saying...
