An Uneasy Mindset - A talk on Mental Health without Prozac

21 days is a lot of time - for retrospection and for reflection, meditation or mental agony. It also could be a time, spend procrastinating (for what!) or for deteriorating mental health. 

Add up, being in the same home and sharing the same toxic space with an abusive spouse, or a short tempered person or nagging in laws. Add crisis at home and in the nation. On all fronts. Financial, Spiritual, Physical. This could seriously lead to inner depression. This also resonates with SDG goal 3 - Good Health and Well Being.

I recently spoke on Career Capital and someone sarcastically, mentioned, there is no more career and neither any capital left.

We are in the midst of a momentous event in the evolution of human consciousness, but they won’t be talking about it in the news tonight, said Eckhart Tolle, the self-help guru. I call him The Sadguru of Europe. True are these words. 

“What mental health needs is more sunlight, more candor, and more unashamed conversation.” – So let's have the much needed space to air our worries, depressions and anxiety.
