Undoing the Damage from Junk Science

Undoing the Damage from Junk Science

Not all forensic sciences turn out to be reliable. What was once considered true evidence of guilt has later been shown to be incorrect. In the criminal justice world, debunked forensics are called “junk science”. But where does that leave an innocent person wrongfully incarcerated? Is there a program out there that reviews old convictions for systemic mistakes? Unfortunately, the answer is no.

In this episode of ‘For The Innocent’, host Michael Semanchik is joined by Arizona Justice Project Executive Director Lindsay Herf for a conversation about “junk science”, its impact in the criminal justice system, and ideas for preventing wrongful convictions ??

Please help me in MN. I have the State's worst case of Wrongful Conviction and the District Attorney that released Child Killer MYON BURRELL won't even talk to me. Expose Amy Klobuchar and Mary Moriarty.
