7 年Thanks for posting this. Unfortunately a root cause of incivility is the exploding use of technology, rather than personal encounters, as the medium for communication. It is much easier to use the type of intemperate language you cite in e-mails than if you actually have to sit across the table from person. As a consequence when you convene the mediation, the parties are often much more inflamed than they might otherwise be .
