Undertaking Influence And Movement By D Joshua Banks
A man's every action is inevitably conditioned by what surrounds him and by his own body.
The road to success is always under construction. Let today be the day you stop having conflict between your actions and your goals and finally align your greatest intent with your purposeful actions, creating a universal symphony serenading your success. When you truly embrace your human impermanence you connect with the power you have, and influence you have, over the time you have. We are mathematical equations where your life is the sum of all choices you've made until now. The good news is you can change the equation so that you start making a difference in your life. Action is the universal language of success.
Action has meaning only in relationship, and without understanding relationship, action on any level will only breed conflict. The understanding of relationship is infinitely more important than the search for any plan of action. A human being always acts and feels and performs in accordance with what he imagines to be true about himself and his environment...For imagination sets the goal ‘picture’ which our automatic mechanism works on. We act, or fail to act, not because of ‘will,’ as is so commonly believed, but because of imagination. Most of life's actions are within our reach, but decisions take willpower. Let us not be content to wait and see what will happen, but give us the determination to make the right things happen.
Create your best life with your consciously chosen thoughts, words, and actions. You’re frustrated because you keep waiting for the blooming of flowers of which you have yet to sow the seeds. Let today be the day that you become committed in being, in doing, in getting, achieving, in experiencing. Let today be the day that you are committed to being the change you wish to see and living the life you wish to live. The universe doesn't give you what you want in your mind; it gives you what you demand with your actions. Recognize that throughout this day,you have an incredible amount of opportunities to move your life into the direction you want it to go. Action and personal happiness have no truck with each other; they are eternally at war. Thoughts do more. Words to much. Actions do much more. Freedom is not a license to act but a license to exercise free choices in any given situation. Whatever it is you're scared of doing, Just do it.
Everything is easier said than done. Wanting something is easy. Saying something is easy. The challenge and the reward are in the doing. I'm moving and not moving at all. I'm like the moon underneath the waves that ever go on rolling and rocking. It is not, "I am doing this," but rather, an inner realization that "this is happening through me," or "it is doing this for me." The consciousness of self is the greatest hindrance to the proper execution of all physical action. Intent without dedicated action is simply not enough. Action without a clear intent is a waste. It is when these two powerful forces are aligned that the energy of the universe conspires in our favor. Thusly every matter, if it is to be done well, calls for the attention of the whole person. You cannot score a goal when you are sitting on the bench. To do so, you have to dress up and enter the game.
You only truly believe that which moves you to action. As the sun rules the day and the moon governs the night, so too, we are connected by: the air that we breathe, light that we see and the darkness that follows. Life is too short to waste it on disagreements. Surely, we can all agree to disagree. So let us find a common ground, form a union and spread joy, happiness and freedom around the world for the benefit of you, me and the future generations to come. We can’t continuously be a society of well-wishers. We must take action to bring those wishes to fruition. It is terribly important to realize that the leap of faith is not so much a leap of thought as of action. For while in many matters it is first we must see then we will act; in matters of faith it is first we must do then we will know, first we will be and then we will see. One must, in short, dare to act wholeheartedly without absolute certainty.
There are times when something is asked of us, and we find we must do it. There is no calculation involved, no measure of the necessity of the thing itself, the action that must be performed. There is simply an acknowledgment that we will do the thing in question, and then the thing is done, often at considerable personal cost. What goes into these decisions? What tiny factors, invisible, in the jutting edges of personality and circumstance, contribute to this inevitability? Always take all the time to reflect that circumstances permit, but when the time for action has come, stop thinking. The truth is that judgment and fear will never stop, but they don't actually do anything. Action seems to follow feeling, but really action and feeling go together; and by regulating the action, which is under the more direct control of the will, we can indirectly regulate the feeling, which is not.
A man is at his youngest when he thinks he is a man, not yet realizing that his actions must show it. If I had done this, if I had said that, in the end you are always more tormented by what you didn't do than what you did, actions already performed can always be rationalized in time, the neglected deed might have changed the world. When the actions becomes frequent than the words, success becomes heavier than the dreams. Do more, say less. This is the moment when something once more begins visibly to happen, something truly new and unique...something truly historical, in the sense that history again demands to be heard. We are the result of our mere actions. What we do, we inevitably become. Every action is a losing, a letting go, a passing away from oneself of some bit of one’s own reality into the existence of others and of the world.
Knowledge kills action; action requires the veils of illusion.
