The first step is to create detailed buyer personas. These fictional representations of your ideal customers should include:

Once you've defined your buyer personas, it's essential to visualize their journey from awareness to purchase. Customer journey mapping helps you understand the different stages customers go through and identify opportunities to engage with them at each point.

Goal: Introduce your brand and product to potential customers. (Create Visibility & Recognition).
Tactics: Content marketing (blogs, articles, videos), social media advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), public relations.
