?Hello Success-goers,
We have a great week of mindfulness we are exploring. We are kicking off TWO new groups from the Key Steps To Success Series: a women's young professional and a men's growing up past separation. As we did last 9-weeks, we are following along with these groups to learn the principles they are studying and applying in their own lives. We begin each of the sections of the 9-week groups with mindfulness since it is the foundation of wellness. This week, we looked at the idea of mindfulness through the lens of being present without judgment. Throughout this week, we are exploring this concept with a beginning overview of mindfulness, understanding the science of distraction, and learning meditation techniques. As always, in addition to reading the quick tip overviews, you can watch or listen to videos that explore these topics in more depth.
