Understanding Your Fears

Contrary to popular belief, humans are born with just two fears; falling down and fear of loud noises. Everything else we fear comes from training or conditioning. Conditional fears are not natural, not necessary and they drive us away from the life we want.

Here are the 6 conditioned fear we’ve we must become aware of:

  1. Fear of Financial Lack
  2. Fear of Low Self Esteem?
  3. Fear of Losing Loved Ones
  4. Fear of Getting Old
  5. Fear of Getting Sick
  6. Fear of Death?

Every conditioned fear has two components: uncertainty and thought. You can not have fear without a thought. Let’s take a financial fear for example:?

One might worry about how they are going to pay bills, it starts with a thought like, “what if I don’t pay my rent next month?” or “will I ever get out of debt?”?

These questions are thoughts that take the mind into places of uncertainty. They open you up to doubt and drive you into a cycle of chasing answers that support your lack. There’s no way to win once you allow those questions to enter your mind. It can lead to more stress and anxiety, including many medical problems; like high blood pressure, back and knees pain among many others.?

By understanding what fears are and how to manage them, you can keep yourself conscious and intentional about the life you want to live.?

But understanding fears is only the first pitfall you need to avoid. Let’s go on the second major pitfall you have to be aware of.?
