Understanding User Research in UX Design

  6. Eye Tracking: Eye tracking technology is used to analyze where users look and how they navigate through a design. It provides insights into visual attention and helps optimise layout and visual hierarchy.
  7. Prototype Testing: Prototype testing involves presenting users with interactive prototypes of a design to gather feedback on its functionality, usability, and appeal. It helps identify areas for refinement before final implementation.
