When it comes to Project Management Consulting, one thing always comes to mind... You want your team to succeed as much as you want to succeed, thats due to the collectiveness of commercial interests that are generally involved in situations like building a Real Estate Project Team of Experts.

After an extensive commercial behavioral research exercise during the so called Pandemic Period, before, during and in the passing stages. Our Project Team was finally formed. Because this is our official commercial team, we make sure to provide the vast amount of knowledge and technology to satisfy our clients and colleagues commercial needs. We are all associates under a Code of Ethics and a mission for each position:

Front Desk Facilitator: In charge of all Team Members Digital Calendars, Scheduling appointments, showroom and virtual tours. Will be our front face upon arrival to our project base offices. Would know who is the available broker/facilitator ready to assist visitors without appointments during operating hours. Main help with meetings set up and events organizations. Orientation on availability of brokers/facilitators at the reception. Channeling calls to the team members and support the daily operations while on duty. Acquisition Expert in formation. General Client Services at the Front Desk. Reports Directly to Office Facilitator Manager, Project Sales & Brokerage Manager and Company Directors.

Foreign Affairs Facilitator: Responsible for developing the foreigner buyer orientation and relations during the acquisition process in Mexico. Will provide the team with the commercial link between other foreign agencies and brokerage firms and our product/service. Scheduling new commercial alliances introductory meetings in order to generate new commercial relationships and expand the brand to global markets. Channeling Calls, meetings, tours and Presentations. Should assist the Team with all Foreign Affairs during the operations. Acquisitions Expert in formation. Reports directly to Office Facilitator Manager, Project Sales & Brokerage Manager and Company Directors.

Office Facilitator Manager: Leader of the office operations and administration duties. Works directly with brokers/agencies on coordination to meet with Project Sales & Brokerage Manager to generate new commercial allies boosting our commercial outreach. Right hand associate to Project Manager. In charge of the office inventory, opening and closing procedures, scheduling the office coverage and channeling all office operations related to client services and sales closing protocoles. Client Services Expert and problem solving for office operational needs. Leader to Foreign and Front Desk Facilitators. General accounting duties involved. Reports directly to Project Sales & Brokerage Manager, Office Broker Associate and Company Directors. Member of the Business Intelligence Unit

Office Associate Broker: In charge of business development for the team. Works with prospect clients on the closing and decision making process through consulting. Assisting on office sales related tasks. Channeling closing calls and negotiating deals with the Sales & Brokerage Manager and team of facilitators. Its our main PR for the both National and Foreign markets with the assistance of the team. Brokerage Expert constantly updating commercial strategies and bringing new potential ideas that may impact the team results. Reports directly to Project Sales & Brokerage Manager and Company Directors while supporting all team sales office operations. Member of the Business Intelligence Unit

Project Sales & Brokerage Manager: Responsible for all commercial operations of the project team. Direct bridge of communications between developer and associates. Team leader in charge of structuring the commercial strategies and next step ready plans to deliver sales results for the clients. Main consultant for project negotiations and business relations. Directs the inhouse group of brokers/facilitators, providing them with the training and tools necessary to execute all Client Services and Sales operations. Will be constantly building new commercial relationships with Real Estate Companies, Agencies, independents and Brokerage Firms in order to extend the brand outreach and succeed on the project commercial timeline and goals. General ledger and reporting duties involved. Direct link between marketing, operations, sales, accounting and legal departments. Main enforcer of Corporate Protocoles. Responsible for investor Relations and Community Management. Master Real Estate & Hospitality Business Consultant. Reports Directly to Project Partners & Board of Directors. Member of the Business Intelligence Unit.
