Let's talk about something we all deal with but hardly take the time to truly understand: stress. It's like that uninvited guest who crashes at your place and doesn't know when to leave. Sometimes, it gives us that nudge we need to get stuff done. But other times? It just hangs around, causing a mess.
What Is Stress?
At its core, stress is our body's response to any demand or challenge. But not all stress is bad. Short-term stress can propel us forward, helping us meet deadlines or escape danger. Yet, when stress lingers without relief, it becomes a silent adversary, with the potential to wreak havoc on our mental, physical, and emotional well-being.

Stress isn't all bad. Seriously, it's not. That rush you feel when a deadline's looming? That's stress doing its thing, pushing you to cross the finish line. But, and it's a big but, when stress decides to move in and take over? That's when we run into trouble. Our bodies are superheroes, but they're not built for a non-stop action movie.
