Understanding Recruitment

Partnering up with a recruiter means gaining valuable insights into the job market and the current hiring trends. Recruiters dedicated to their craft are well-versed in the latest industry developments and can provide job seekers, career changers, and companies with information on salary ranges, job descriptions, and the qualities of in-demand talent.

For job seekers

Working with a recruiter can be an incredibly beneficial experience for job seekers. Recruiters often have connections with hiring managers and can provide insight into the company culture and what the hiring manager is looking for in a candidate. Another benefit of working with a recruiter is that they can provide guidance and support throughout the job search process. Recruiters can help job seekers optimize their resumes and cover letters to make them stand out to potential employers. This can give job seekers an edge in the application process and interview prep, increasing their chances of getting hired.

For companies I have pushed for more insight into answering "Who is your best Recruiter?" Most will give you Fill Rates or Hiring Numbers. When I ask "Who hires the most that graduate new hire training?" or "Who gives me the most people hitting goal within 6 months?" Once they start doing that drill there are more questions to ask and we get better hiring profiles in EVERY city that we have done it in. How do you share best practices if you dont know who really has the BEST PRACTICES!!
