The assement/theory that has changed my life the most has been the Enneagram! (I say theory, because the assessments for this one can be wildly inaccurate). Enneagram has given me so much self-awareness and understanding of my core motivations behind the actions that I take, feelings that I have, or personality I exude. It has enlightened me of how I can grow as well as what my natural tendencies are when stressed. This has allowed me to identify patterns quickly so they don’t impact me or the people around me. Knowing others Enneagram can also help, because you can see what their motivations are and why you may be on the same page or different pages. If you haven’t found your Enneagram, I highly recommend it!
