The Journey to Discovering Core Values
Being in a career transition journey for almost a year, it took me three months to find my core values. They have taken on a new shape, and I am happy to continue building on them.
As a people person, my core values from training, developing, and growing talents have expanded to a wider picture that includes much more than they used to. Here are some key values that have shaped my journey:
