Infrastructure as the most critical factor for success of the growth of the manufacturing sector in TN. the development of SIPCOT with all necessary infra like roads, connectivity, public transport, drainage, water, power, networking etc makes industry comfortable to start work. 2. Following closely behind was the significance attributed to Government Policies and Incentives. Tax benefits, subsidies to develop certain sectors in certain areas, incentives to operate at a scale with proper regulatory frameworks is a big plus as well
3. Skill is an important point as TN has developed an ecosystem. Training of factory workers and bringing in Women has contributed to ease of skilled manpower in numbers?
4. Entrepreneurial Spirit emerged as a considerable but slightly lesser factor but it needs to be appreciated that despite all odds in terms of whatsoever deficiencies of interchanging governments who lack continuity, TN has grown to be India's most industrialised state. Entrepreneurial skills underscores the importance of innovation, adaptability, and vision in navigating this competitive field.

While sustainability is gaining traction globally, immediate concerns related to operational efficiency and profitability come to the fore.?
