Understanding the “entitled” Gen Z

One of the major problems in today’s businesses is the seamless integration of the new generation: the dreaded Generation Z.

Gen Z is consisted of people who are often characterized as less motivated, less loyal, less hardworking, and not good in communicating with others. Some may even say that they are disrespectful, have too high expectations from their employer, are too easily offended, and show less gratitude. ??

??? “She came in for her first day dressed in jeans, chewing gum, and had no reservations whatsoever to casually chat with the CEO. The attitude!”
