8 个月I like that you mentioned mapping the customer journey. We have been working on and developed one for a particular market and it has taken off. The basis of this is one of 4 main problems with the industry. AI tool sets have made the mapping of UX (customer journey) 3 dimensional and hyperdynamic. Augmented reality in visualizing data does far more. I think you can visually see market gaps the same way I found M&A and industry gaps to tackle profitable problem sets.
