One common concern I hear from clients is the anxiety that arises when they don’t receive feedback or interview invitations within the first few days of their active job search. It’s important to understand that the job search process can vary widely in terms of timelines and response rates. This article aims to provide a clear breakdown of what you can expect in terms of resume submissions and interview invitations over different periods, and how factors like budgets, holidays, targeted applications, and the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) can influence these outcomes.
