Understanding Balance in Life and Its Importance

Hello all!? This week I want us to explore this idea about balance in life.? This is a favorite topic of mine, as I feel I am constantly seeking it and wondering how successful I truly am in my pursuits.? This week was an important reminder of just how disconnected I once was before my journey towards value and full entrepreneurship.? I will share my in-depth story later, but a brief overview was I quit my corporate America job in January 2023 to pursue continuing to build my business. As we enter our second month of traveling across the US this week, I am reflecting on our trip in 2021 and the visits we had.? I realized how unbalanced I was at that time.? I was so disconnected and obsessed with productivity at that time, I was completely incapable of having a sense of presence.? I treasure how connected I am, losing that anxious pull to constant chaos of perceived expectations. Being able to transition that anxious energy to wellness and mindful presence of seeking balance has been a key component to that growth. I look forward to diving further into what balance is and hearing your experiences about balance in life.

Remember balance is the in between, we are not tipping the scales to either direction.? By setting priorities, creating boundaries, practicing self-care, and seeking support, you can achieve and maintain a balanced life that leads to greater well-being and happiness. Remember, it's okay to seek help when needed and take one step at a time towards mental balance. I find the more I have radical acceptance and a mindful presence the more I can recognize when I am amongst balance in my life and when I am losing it.? When I start to find I am losing my balance, I accept the space I am in, and it helps me to gain composure and ground with two feet firmly planted in the here and now.? Remember to give yourself grace, this is a lifelong journey.? There is no finding balance, checking off the box and moving on.? We will constantly seek a sense of flow and balance in our lives, understanding life is chaos helps to ebb and flow as we seek this implicit sense of balancing. ?“See you next week,” as we explore our mindset and the narratives we build for our lives.
