Please explain how "tailoring resume to a job ad" works. Suppose one has a resume for a particular role. Has 50 skills on it. Job ad has 60 skills listed - 50 on the resume and 10 the candidate doesn't have. How does "tailoring" work with the 10 missing skills? I don't think people should lie about the 10 missing skills.
