ADHD can be a superpower if one is aware, conscious, and -most important for me- who meditates regularly. I am somewhere on the mid-spectrum, - meaning- I learned how to take my symptoms under control when my mind spins and when I feel distracted or overwhelmed. Of course, things can get challenging when going through anxious periods but we must be grateful for at least not having a personality disorder! At least we have a unique brain! ?? I am extending my love and support to everyone who is struggling with any mental health condition, anxiety, self-doubt, or trauma. ??
