Why it’s Critical to Foundation Engineering and Associated Construction Services Deliverables?

Few people have heard about, let alone understand what Gauge Theory is.

Recently touted as critical to the decision making process in awarding tenders, we at FEG (Foundation Engineering Group), believe that without adoption the decision making process can be flawed and has the potential to leave builders and developers exposed to all sorts of unseen dangers.

Personally, I am a supporter of the IDW (Intellectual Dark Web). One of its principal participants is Eric Weinstein, a brilliant mathematician who is the Managing Director of Thiel Capital, Peter Thiel’s investment firm. By incorporating the principals into engineering and construction disciplines and using KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid), you can quickly and easily determine “what is what” by introducing a Gauge Line on which everything is measured.  Hence the ability to utilize a simple form of Gauge Theory to determine the optimum selection that has the potential to deliver best possible outcomes, thereby driving profitable outcomes up. Got it?

So, by measuring everything that’s relevant to the decision making process starting from a nominated Gauge Line (reference level), you are able to sort the wheat from the chaff ending up with a crystal clear view of the reality facing you as it unmasks hidden anomalies that may not have been otherwise obvious to you.

You can place a Gauge Line wherever you want. The further away you place it the more information it accumulates and clarifies. Too far and you may muddy the waters for the purposes herein as some of the accumulated data may not be relevant in so far as it may not bear influence to ultimate outcomes…
