UNDERSTAND YOUR WHY

Whether you lead a corporation, your family, or just yourself, you need to understand WHY
I was recently engaged in two separate conversations regarding this
One was in a group setting, and the other was a One-On-One Coaching session
The reason I point this out is that it's relevant to all of us us all the time regardless of the setting or situation
We can be very productive at things that don't matter, which in the end only makes us busy at nothing
If we aren't clear on WHY we are doing things then we will continue down the wrong path for an eternity
It starts with being clear on what you won't do
That narrows the Area of Operations
Next you prioritize things into a workable plan
??Then you EXECUTE AND ADJUST
??EXECUTE AND ADJUST
??RINSE AND REPEAT
Your WHY gets you through the tedium
Here's the other piece to that ??
Your WHY will keep you from getting distracted by insignificant things once you establish your boundaries
Remember the difference between BUSY and PRODUCTIVE is thew reason WHY we are doing the thing in the first place
UNTIL NEXT TIME
GOD BLESS AMERICA ??????
