Smart Planning and Design's first seminar for 2018!

Hear from Rob Beck, General Manager, Strata Community Australia, on how planned changes to the Owners Corporation legislation may impact property developers.

The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion with Ben Commerford from Binks & Associates, Rob Beck from Strata Community Australia and a developer on developer’s relationships with Owners Corporations.

The seminar will be held on two separate dates - 7th and 28th February 2018.
