How do you hire someone when you only require good ethics, a sympathetic attitude and excellent communications skills...
Well, we're about to find out.
At Underpin Change and Growth Consultants, we’re shifting the way we hire by focusing on qualities that drive true impact. Our Trainee Change and Growth Consultant role is not about traditional qualifications or rigid skills but about ethics, communication, and a passion for positive change.
We value curiosity, empathy, accountability, and the ability to work collaboratively. These are the qualities that help solve the most pressing challenges for our clients, and we believe that the right mindset is more valuable than specific credentials.
Our recruitment method reflects this belief. Candidates are initially only asked to answer a 150 word question and email it to us. It doesn’t test for technical know-how but seeks to understand how they approach societal or business challenges.
Underpin are not looking for a polished CV; we’re looking for people who want to create a lasting, positive impact in the world. We can teach you the rest.

1 个月What an interesting and refreshing approach Lewis ?? I agree the current recruitment process unfairly benefits those who are strong in written and verbal communication, or have someone to help in that department. I’ll be interested to know how the process goes for you and those applicants that engage. Keep us posted…
