As we expand our influence, we are seeking a Trainee Change and Growth Consultant. This role will provide hands-on experience in helping businesses scale, improve their processes, and implement powerful change management strategies.

Job Summary:

As a Trainee Change and Growth Consultant, your job is to develop clients, and support the delivery of our consulting projects across various sectors, including government, public services, and private businesses. This will include generating your own projects through business development,?and collaborating with others to generate theirs. You’ll work closely with an experienced consultant and gain practical exposure to business development, process improvement, political advocacy, report writing, campaign management, marketing, sales and strategic communications.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of Own Client Portfolio: With training and help from the Change and Growth Consultant, you will develop your own client base and support them in changing and grow their business.
  • Support Process Mapping & Improvement: help develop and map business processes for clients, including business development, surveying, quoting, and post-sales support for divisions. Write easy to understand reports and research difficult subjects quickly
  • Business Development Assistance: Contribute to the creation of business development plans, assisting senior consultants in generating leads, setting targets, and executing strategies for growth across different sectors.
  • Campaign & Project Support: Work with senior consultants on political pressure campaigns, advocacy, and community-building projects. Support the team in organising local events, managing press relations, and generating media coverage.
  • Client Collaboration & Strategy Implementation: Engage with clients to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement changes to improve operational efficiency and foster growth.
  • Consulting Support & Research: Conduct market research, prepare reports, and develop strategies for clients based on their specific business needs and goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including Senior Consultants and Division Managers, to support the hiring process, onboarding, and ongoing training of key personnel.
