Life is all about learning and growth, and these moments help us realise how fortunate we are.?
Our knowledge, skills, experiences and wisdom come from understanding our past behaviours, attitudes and automatic responses.?
Every person is going through a journey of struggles and successes.?
It's also true that our insights and learning are unique to us.?
Keeping track of our efforts, acknowledging our grinds and focusing on moving forward is the only way.?
