Under the garage roof cracks seepage water, how to repair

There are leakage problems in many basements, and the basement roof is one of the common leakage parts. If leakage occurs, it not only affects the basement roof leakage, how should it be repaired?

When there is leakage in the roof of the underground garage, the pinhole method is usually used to grouting the cracks that need to be blocked. The specific construction steps are as follows:

1, Analysis: detailed inspection, analysis of leakage, to determine the location and spacing of grout holes.

2, Cleaning: clean up the area that needs to be constructed, chisel away the debris on the surface of the concrete, and ensure that the surface is clean and wet.

3. Drilling: Use electric hammer and other drilling tools to drill along both sides of the crack, the drill diameter is 14mm, the drilling Angle should be ≤45°, the drill depth ≤ 2/3 of the structure thickness, the drill must go through the crack. However, the structure shall not be drilled through (except for grouting behind the wall) the penetration depth of the drill hole and the crack shall be less than 1/2 the thickness of the structure. Drill holes 20cm to 60cm apart.

4, buried nozzle: the grouting nozzle (also known as the water sealing needle) is installed in the drilled hole, the needle is followed by expanded rubber, and is tightened with a special hex wrench, so that there is no gap between the grouting nozzle and the drilling hole.

5. Cleaning the seam: Use a high pressure cleaning machine to inject clean water into the grout nozzle at a pressure of 6MPa, observe the outlet point, and clean the dust in the seam.

6, sealing: the crack surface of the water seepage when the seam is washed is closed with quick-drying cement, so as not to run the slurry when the chemical slurry is poured.

7. Grouting: Use a high-pressure grouting machine to inject chemical grouting material into the grouting hole. Facade grouting sequence is from bottom to top; The plane can be started from one end, and the single hole can be continued one by one. When the adjacent holes begin to grout, maintain the pressure for 3 to 5 minutes, and then the grouting of the hole can be stopped and the adjacent grout holes can be injected.

8. Disassemble the nozzle: After grouting is completed, confirm that the exposed grouting nozzle can be removed or knocked off without leakage. Clean up immobilized spilled grouting fluid.

9. Sealing: repair and sealing of grout with quick-drying cement.

10, Recovery: the surface is restored to the original concrete color and basic flatness.
