In stark contrast, on Tuesday, I made sure to disconnect completely at 9 PM. I woke up the next day refreshed, got my one-hour workout in, and tackled my high-value tasks feeling unstoppable. This stark difference reinforced the undeniable truth: quality sleep is a game-changer.
