THE UNDEBATABLE POWER OF SYSTEMS (How systems do all the required work on their own in the master’s absence)

Systems run businesses just as they run nations and even run generations. If you desire to control anything or anyone, systems can do the job for you. This is a reality that many of us are still to realize and until this realization, we would be happy athletes in the well designed rat races of the world. Only those who recognize the power of systems and find a way to break free or even use these systems have any chance of making a difference.

At this point, while I recommend the positive use of the systems, it is out of my direct influence to affect the choices people make when they get to understand the power systems possess. I pray however that anyone who comes across this exchange (article) will see the need to make positive use of the insights provided here.

While going through a pretty long article, I was very absorbed by the way the author articulated the way systems in the West are designed to keep those who lack wisdom in what Robert Kiyosaki calls a “rat race”. These systems give a false notion of control which will prey considerably on those who lack self-esteem and/ or PURPOSE in life.

Anyone who doesn’t understand or even realize how these systems are designed will assume the position of a false King or Queen and possibly only realize when it is too late. That’s why I also encourage all those in my sphere of influence (SOFI) to ensure that they do everything in their power to have authentic self-esteem without which the position of false King and/or Queen could be very attractive. Similar systems have been designed, especially in Africa (not only Africa of course) ?and many of us don’t seem to realize. One of the major ways to break free from the power systems can have over us is to have a better perception in both the inwards and outward directions. The quality of our perspective is hugely dependent on how much self-esteem, self-image or self-concept among others we have. One vital system worthy of analysis is our “school system” which some call “education system”. I call it school system because it is just an organized way of learning which doesn’t really produce any results. Educational systems produce specific results from considerable intention and that's why they’re called educational systems. The present system creates a system of incompetence which focuses on exams and ends of creating politicians instead of academicians. That’s why we have serious leadership and governance issues in Africa founded on plenty of lies.

While someone could say that it is not only Africa, I beg to focus on my beloved continent, at least for now. Moving forward therefore, if you do some research, you might come to notice that we have a 3Rs school system which is created for servants and not for masters. That’s why even with “big” degrees and titles, you still have educated people with so much self-hate which is expressed through the way they lead (serve). As a matter of fact, many assume that politics (characterized by plenty of falsehood) is leadership , and it leads to so much destruction.

This school systems focuses on memory while doing virtually nothing about perception which determines a lot around the way people use power and other resources the end up having access to.?While there’s so much to share on that first area, permit me to move to the next, which is the religious system(s). Anyone who pays any attention to this system would not take long to notice that it is designed to keep people from taking positions of authority even over their own lives. The system(s) are designed to get people to tolerate things which they wouldn’t normally take.

The next is the governance and or leadership system made of these people from these school and religious systems who are struggling with the perception (self-esteem et al) and their ability to demand for what is right as well as accountability, such that a system of self-destruction has been created which feeds itself. Countries like Cameroon and many other African nations are proof of these systems. That’s why even with indirect influence of the oppressors, or even at levels where their influence doesn’t reach directly, these systems keep working to their favor. These systems are well designed to be able to get us fighting ourselves and feeling very justified about it.

The bottom-line...

Systems are very powerful, and someone who doesn’t pay attention might find the things I have shared too deep to understand, and that is the power of systems. The grow into cultures and cultures operate without making any real sounds, they just operate and find their way around.
