Uncontrollable Anger

Some people are angry, some people like to get angry, some people are addicted to being angry, some people cannot control their anger.

Anger is a normal emotion when we feel our rights are stepped upon; however, if un-dealt with, it can lead to huge problems.

When we feel mistreated or violated, we need to release the anger, we need to heal the wounds and we need to self-forgive and forgive.

Failing to do that, anger grows and fester. It becomes something so polluted ready to explode at the least offense.

Not only that, anger opens the door to demons: they enter and destroy you, your life and the people around you.

We are witnessing, also, a huge increase in ego, and narcissism, which fuels anger.

So, a few questions for you, or for someone you know:

*Have you suffered from trauma, abuse, mistreatments, injustices, prejudice, bullying, racism?

*Do you suffer from anger?

*Do you forgive?

*Do you think you are looking for things to get angry?

*Do you think you cannot control your anger once you get angry?
