Inclusion and Diversity is a big focus area for large corporate across the globe. As a part of Inclusion and diversity agenda, one point to address is about people’s unconscious biases. This based on the upbringing, one’s value system, beliefs, spirituality and religious affiliation etc.
I came across some Good Links on Unconscious Bias and how it affects decisions and diversity at the workplace. I thought of sharing the same.
