Unconditionally Loved

As my awareness of my spiritual self increases, I find myself being far more emotionally expressive than I've ever been.?

Sitting in a coffee shop in my beloved home of The Bronx, reading "Seat of the Soul" by Gary Zukov, I found myself reading lines and consulting GOD in prayer to seek meaning.?

What came at the point I was inspired to write this piece wasn't necessarily a direct meaning of the words on the page, but what is often true for me, meaning of how it plays out in my life.?

I felt filled with appreciation, realizing that what we call suffering...a hard break-up, death, or some other major transition in which we were unprepared, is actually our a gift of rebalancing. An opportunity to learn lessons that was always meant for us to learn or make choices that lead to lessons we were always meant to learn.? Lessons leading for our good, gifted to us not with the intent of pain, but love!

Life really is working for us.?

The more I am able to expand my awareness of this notion, the more comfortable I become with releasing emotional expressions, such as simultaneous tears and smiles.? The more I am able to interact with people with reduced skepticism. This release of my emotions from the prison I've long kept them in, is my core energy of love being expressed. I am acting from my soul's desire, which is rooted in my core, and made of love. It's the reflection of GOD'S magnificent love and presence in my life.?

There is a freedom attached to this kind of expression. A joy and child-like wonder that allows this nearly 41yo being to move with feather-like ease through uncertain times.?

It is in moments like this one here, that I feel most aligned, secured, and above all else...unconditionally loved!?
