#AalluParantha Indian Wheat Bread Stuffed with Boiled mashed Potato

Last week, on a working day i thought to surprise my wife by cooking Aallu (Potato) Parantha for her for breakfast.

Process: I followed the same way by observing my grandma-Nani, mom and wife.

Serving Time: I prepared one for me, one for my darling daughter and for my better half.

I fed my daughter, half of her meal unfinished I left for office to reach on time.

Excitement: I was eagerly waiting for call from wife to receive appreciation and happy notes from her.

Wife: This was awesome breakfast and very nice Chutney.

(Oh.. I forgot to mention, also i prepared garlic and green chilly chutney).

We had good conversation, and i was eagerly waiting to hear that Allu stuffing was perfect. But all my curiosity turn into another learning as she enjoyed her meal & mentioned it as plain (no stuffing) parantha and chutney.

What i got: Glad to see her happy and another Aim to work towards more perfection.

I can realize and say, how much perfection do females bought in their work for their family to raise them, as there had never been a single instance in my life when there was Aallu (Potato )missing from my parantha.

I love with full heart and devotion to Grand Ma- Nani, Ma, Mother in law, Wife, Daughter and all females for completing a Man with her perfection.
