Predictions for 2023
We asked leadership to share outbound predictions for 2023. Their answers are below.?

1. Personalization will continue to be key. With the rise of artificial intelligence and machine learning, it's becoming easier for businesses to tailor their marketing efforts to specific customer segments. Expect to see more personalized email campaigns, targeted social media ads, and customized landing pages.
2 Video marketing will continue to grow in popularity. According to a recent survey, almost 90% of consumers prefer to watch a video about a product or service rather than read about it. Look for more businesses to use video to showcase their products, explain their services, and tell their brand stories.
3. Social media will remain a major player. With billions of active users, social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn offer an unparalleled opportunity to reach potential customers. Expect to see businesses continue investing in social media marketing, creating engaging content, and leveraging paid advertising options.

I believe technology will continue to play an important role (personalization, prospect touch points optimization, follow-up automation). Also, video content marketing for both inbound and outbound channels (video case studies and testimonials, personalized video messages, etc.)

As 2022 comes to a close and speculations of a recession loom in our minds as we look at 2023…companies that have thoughtfully prepared how to go out and get business will be the winners once the dust settles. A successful outbound function might not ever be as important as it will be in 2023 for your business. Your typical inbound and referral channels might start to dry up and your proactive strategies will need to account for any loss in opportunities. Outbound takes planning and consistency to ensure that you’re a victor instead of a victim.

I couldn't find the right source. However, this trend isn’t set in stone and will change drastically by 2023. As technology continues to further develop, audio-visual content won’t be enough for companies trying to reach out to their target audience. We are now seeing an increase in interactive formats that allow customers to directly interact with brands or products via virtual or augmented reality experiences which could replace traditional videos as the preferred way of consuming information. "Social media will remain a major player." Sure! But we might also see an increase in virtual reality experiences with platforms like Facebook Spaces or Horizon Worlds in Oculus and Meta collaboration allowing users to interact with each other in 3D environments and explore the world together virtually. Furthermore, artificial intelligence will be able to identify patterns in user behavior and suggest content tailored specifically for them based on their interests and activities online.
