Uncomfortable-Comfortable

Its almost now 14 years for me when I started working. Life has been an exciting journey, sometimes it felt that everything is happening as I wished and I am controlling the pace, the directions and the outcome and the very next moment it appeared a palmful of sand which just keeps falling off, whatsoever I do.

The things kept on changing around and the life moved on, and there were changes and changes and changes. Some of them were comfortable but most of them were uncomfortable for me.

But whenever any change was uncomfortable I learnt and today when I reflect upon the more uncomfortable I was the more was the learning. That means the learning starts when you make yourself uncomfortable. Be it learning to ride a bicycle when we were young or now learning a new art, doing a new course or even going to places where you never have been. Whenever we made ourselves the learning started.

Hence the more uncomfortable you make yourself the more is the learning and more is the learning, better are the growth chances.

We all remember the challenging times that we have gone through and share it with all whenever asked to narrate a life remembering incident, the reason is that our learning and knowledge got maximized when we got uncomfortable.

The mool mantra for success and growth is to make yourself uncomfortable, doing the things which you have never done before, taking the responsibilities which who have never taken earlier, trying something unusual whether it is personal or professional.

So let us get uncomfortable and get the max out of life.
