One of my friend, who in my college days used to be a typical first bencher and person to reach out for any kind of academic help, project works, assignments, seminars, paper presentations, club managements - you name it, he would chip in with his expertise - needs our help.

Dec 2010 - A happy bunch were celebrating for getting placed in one of the premier Indian MNC. No doubt for him was a cake walk.

July 2011 - We were all placed at the institute's dream campus for initial training. Everyone was super excited except him.

Training Period: He was not the same he used to be in college. He was calm, numb, lost track, unable to concentrate and was always in some pain.

We made all kinds of attempts to reach out to him to understand what was the root cause of his unusual behavior. 

He started flunking the exams and may be his threshold was reached, he decided to move on from the training.

We were all clueless! 

After a few years, we hear from him that he is working in a college on a part time basis. When we decided to seek answers from him on the tuff questions - We learnt that his dad was no more and that is what was going on during the training days. Now he is trying to make a fresh start any leads on that front would be greatly appreciated.

We all come to cross roads where we have to make a choice and at times a tough one. My friend took that call to stay with his family and be that person of great strength. He has no regrets and complains instead he is looking super positive now and all set to hit the road again.

I strongly endorse him for his great professional value he brings to table and sure many of my friends would be more than happy to endorse as well. (Yes he would need some help in the initial phase to hit that high tech career path)
