In todays VUCA world, there are changes happening fast and furious. What works today may become obsolete tomorrow. Successful Leaders drive Change Management and spearhead their teams by anticipating these changes in advance. Anticipation is aided by being in constant touch with the Business Environment and Ground Realities.
