With all of the uncertainty in our world today, I want to be “That Guy” that is consistent. Service and quality is the message that we provide every day here at Glass America. Last month, Glass America served over 13,000 customers with their automotive glass needs. We help your insured’s dealing with the uncertainty of how and when they can get their vehicle's glass repaired. What’s the process? Who do I call? Do I have to take it somewhere? How is Covid 19 affecting service? We will walk them through the repair process from start to finish. We will help them with the claims process through the billing network and set them up to come to their house or work. We will also advise the insured if they have a vehicle replacement need that may be lower than the deductible, give them an agent courtesy cash price and will not need to process the claim through insurance. Glass America also is closely monitoring the Covid 19 uncertainty and evaluating the needs of our customers and employees on a daily basis.
