Unbiased AI: An Ethical Imperative for Leadership
Just because you consider yourself ethical, and even if you have hired people that you consider to be ethical, it does not mean that your AI implementation is without bias. Good intentions do not inherently translate into unbiased outcomes in the realm of artificial intelligence. This is because AI systems learn from historical data, which can inadvertently reflect and perpetuate existing societal biases. The result?
