Unauthorized Sellers/Distributors/Users of Copyrighted Material
We have found several people selling Dan's or QLA Materials and/or using his name/photo/likeness without permission or authorization from Dan or QLA, via eBay and other online platforms. Dan, his staff and lawyers are already tracking everyone who has done and is currently doing so. Many of the ones listed below have already been taken down and legal actions were taken.
If you intend to do the same acts, you have been warned of the consequences, and be prepared to be brought to court, no matter where you may reside!

All submissions shall be bound by these terms: GCL will pay ten percent (10%) of any net recovery obtained as a result of information you provide to GCL by email, that first reveals a person or account engaged in unauthorized reselling of QLA Materials, within 90 days of said recovery. “Net recovery” is the monetary recovery after deduction of paid and incurred legal fees, costs and other reasonable recovery-related expenses. “You” means the person who sent the email with the information that enables a recovery. In cases of emails from multiple persons, CGL reserves the right to finally determine in its sole discretion, which person provided the information that led to the recovery, or to divide any recovery among multiple persons. “First reveals” means the information was not previously known to CGL. CGL does not encourage or suggest any illegal or tortious conduct, and will void any submission determined to have been obtained by illegal, prohibited or tortious means. All submitters agree that such submissions forfeit any recovery. Void where prohibited. CGL’s evaluations will be made in Scotland, UK, and any payments will be deemed complete when posted or sent from Scotland, UK. Any and all disputes arising out of or related to this offer shall be resolved finally before a single arbitrator in Scotland, UK.
