Una Tribu que Trascienda; Primer HR TRIBE SUMMIT

(English version at the end). Como fundador de HR TRIBE A.C. , he tenido el honor de ver cómo una idea se transforma en una comunidad vibrante y unida. Nuestro Primer HR TRIBE SUMMIT del pasado martes 13 de agosto, que organicé junto con Caro Paredes Carpinteyro y Hermes Cruz (Másters), fue mucho más que una conferencia; un espacio donde los profesionales de Recursos Humanos pudimos conectar profundamente, explorar ideas y encontrar la inspiración necesaria para enfrentar los desafíos del mundo laboral.

Este encuentro, que reunió a más de 120 líderes y profesionales, dejó una huella imborrable en todos los que participaron.

Trascender es Crecer, Juntos

En HR TRIBE, creemos que la verdadera trascendencia surge cuando nos enfocamos en el crecimiento compartido. El Primer HR TRIBE SUMMIT fue la prueba de que cuando nos reunimos como comunidad -No solo para vender o aprender- sino para apoyarnos mutuamente, creamos un espacio donde todos podemos prosperar. Cada conversación, cada panel y cada taller reflejaron la idea central de que “Juntos, somos más fuertes”.

Trabajar siguiendo el liderazgo de Caro y Hermes me ha reafirmado la importancia de la colaboración. No se trata solo de unir esfuerzos, sino de movilizar a nuestra HR TRIBE hacia un propósito común. Este evento fue una oportunidad para explorar cómo podemos transformarnos desde dentro y en consecuencia a nuestras organizaciones y a nuestra comunidad inmediata.

A Tribe That Transcends: The First HR TRIBE SUMMIT

As the founder of HR TRIBE A.C., I have had the honor of witnessing how an idea can transform into a vibrant and united community. Our First HR TRIBE SUMMIT, which took place on Tuesday, August 13th, and which I organized together with Caro Paredes Carpinteyro and Hermes Cruz (Masters), was much more than a conference; it was a space where Human Resources professionals could deeply connect, explore ideas, and find the inspiration needed to face the challenges of the working world.

This gathering, which brought together more than 120 leaders and professionals, left an indelible mark on all who participated.

Transcending Means Growing, Together

At HR TRIBE, we believe that true transcendence arises when we focus on shared growth. The First HR TRIBE SUMMIT was proof that when we come together as a community—not just to sell or learn—but to support one another, we create a space where everyone can thrive.
