UN-WRITTEN CODES FOR (R&D) TEAM WORKERS IN ORDER TO BUILD TIGHT TRUST AND FAST RESPONSES - NO MATTER WHAT'RE EACH TEAM-MEMBERS' RACES, RANKS, AGES, AND/OR GENDER.

In technical R&D area, there is an unwritten CODE. This is "R&D buddy system":

1. People work as a team; members ought to communicate and work as a group.

2. Credits ought to be shared fairly according to contribution.

3. Key members achieve intellectual results and spread credits over whole team.

4. Team leader(s) and managing directors respond to extend R&D scope.

5. Boss' Respond to bring in more projects to support and sustain whole team.

6. It is professional moral to respect senior and experienced members.

7. Playing reasonable office-politics is allowed.

8. Key member may need to work day-n-night to solve technical issues.

9. Using member(s) as servant(s) or slave(s) is not allowed.

10. Any bad news should be reported or informed to whole team for rapid action.

When there come aggressive/bad/mad members or team leaders or managing directors; these bullies (and their gophers) break the CODES and the system. It is member's right and responsibility to report these bullies to upper management, corporate integrity committee, and HR in order to get justice and deserved compensation back. Don't allow their weird behaves to affect your inside-peace, self-confidence, self-esteem, and physical health. If you can not fight back group-bullies and group-frauds; move to other place to re-start your long-term career and re-build a workable team again.

When there come aggressive/bad/mad members or team leaders or managing directors; these bullies (and their gophers) break the CODES and the system. It is member's right and responsibility to report these bullies to upper management, corporate integrity committee, and HR in order to get justice and deserved compensation back. Don't allow their weird behaves to affect your inside-peace, self-confidence, self-esteem, and physical health. If you can not fight back group-bullies and group-frauds; move to other place to re-start your long-term career and re-build a workable team again.
