UN sustainability Goals & the working class responsibility.
Being consciously sustainable is a very big challenge for any human being.
Getting carried out by the trend of a being a Eco Friendly person, does not end by getting a Eco friendly product from our daily departmental stores.
Educated professionals should try to help , not the UN in reaching its sustainability goals but for ourself and the generations to follow.
What could we do ?
GOAL 5 : Gender Equality
According to GSMA research "women are on average 14 % less likely to own a mobile phone than men in low- and middle-income countries, which translates into 200 million fewer women than men who own a mobile phone. This gender gap increases when we look at more transformational services, like the mobile internet and mobile money, which deliver significant digital and financial inclusion opportunities for women "
GSMA created a initiative click here for helping UN reach its goal , corporates or people could help GSMA reach its goal of gender Equality in technology.
GOAL 12 : Life on Land
EACH PERSON WHO SWITCHES TO A VEGAN DIET SAVES 1,100 GALLONS OF WATER, 45 POUNDS OF GRAIN, 30 SQ FT OF FORESTED LAND, AND 20 LBS CO2 EQUIVALENT PER DAY.
Participating in sustainable initiatives
Many new startup companies all over the world are becoming more responsible than big corporates.
Participating and helping those small groups might be a huge support for them,
One very beautiful example is an initiative named "Diplohack" , For example , In Stockholm,Sweden a startup helper "Impact hub" is trying to change the world with its event - https://www.diplohack.org/stockholm-13-15-may.html
The purpose of this article is very simple , just to set a reminder for ourself.
"it is always good to leave, some place to live & some oxygen to breathe for our upcoming generation "
