THE UN PARADIGM ABOUT JUSTICE AND WORLD ORDER

Introduction

Dear friends,

I make all of you this brief statement:

The greatest common good of mankind is the Earth and women. And, the greatest common good of the Earth and of the Woman is the sons / daughters and the man.

So, I dedicate this article to the global networks on gender, environment and human rights. With faith in God it will be useful to everyone.

Today 's publication highlights human, universal, women, children and environment rights - rich or poor. But it is a introdction of a other  a following article in which, as I promessed in the previous article, I will take to the information and reflections on the phenomenon of the creation of an integrating market of cultural goods of intelligence, work, influence, strength and power of women and children within the order of direction and world economic supremacy.

the viral addiction endemic of the submission, oppression, persecution, protection and domination of the life and power of women and children - but also of poverty and pacifists.

2. Specify the direction of reform of the UN registered in its Charter, declarations, treaties, conventions, agendas - 21/2030 - and SDGs.

 The most lethal addiction/viruses of the world

Let us begin with the issue of this human addiction/viruses that we have faced since before Christ.

The addiction to submission, oppression, persecution, protection and dominion of the life and power of women and children. This is an endemic, pathological or narcissistic viral addiction, related to the historical ancestors of mankind. It has numerous historical characteristics in the time and space of life on the planet that are directly associated with different patterns of malignant actions - such as violence against women and children, colonization, global violence, discrimination, slavery, racism, prejudice, feminicide, etc. .. Elements that have killed, and kill in all nations, states, religions and communities on the planet, much more than COVID 19 - either directly via genocide, as in the historical cases of Nazism and the use of nuclear weapons, such as the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, either indirectly, due to the insufficient management of planetary health, poor conditions of approach and treatment of diseases or the standardization of education for knowledge and industrial purposes of services, profits and power.

This addiction is the biggest problem for humanity and the UN. It is installed in the human and social life of the planet, within the direction and culture of the market, competition, consumption and exploratory production.

Their roots or DNA are depicted in the history of Adam and Eve, in the history of the 7th century, when Islamic merchants in the north of the Sahara desert bought labor in the south of the continent; in the corrupt procedures of the market and competition mirrored in the cultural, economic and military conflicts of ancient Rome, during the period of Christ's life; in the period of slavery of blacks gathered in Ghana, Angola, Congo and Mozambique in subhuman conditions. and today in the corrupt and invasive procedures of market, competition and power.

Its transmitter of action is very clear: It is the complex of the regular (standard) world economic direction of life - market, competition, profit, consumption, and protection against violence. And, the level of strength and impact of this viral addiction in this sphere - the world economic-financial and governmental sphere - is the main responsible for the colonization conducts and the disorder of life, death, birth and human development on the planet. It is also the main instrument for the fragmentation or disaggregation of human rights and for the compatibility or balance between economic opportunities and interests and social welfare issues.

We have to overcome this. But not with the masking, immobilization (confinement) and separation (isolation) of population (remembering here the strategy of isolation, masking and human confinement adopted in relation to COVID 19).

We must enforce the integration of industrial economic-financial cultural civilization with the supremacy of equal human rights and the common well-being of men and women, communities, states, municipalities and nations.

And, friends, just to clarify:

In bringing this fact to you, I do not seek denunciation, judgment or treatment of the human conduct of power or competitive relationship. I bring you information for raising awareness and overcoming the existence of a dangerous global cultural addiction for all our generations of people, states, governments and social and nature environments. Having this as the common objective of the UN, Global Forum of 92, World Social Forum of 2001, Summit of the Peoples for Socio-environmental Justice and of the Global Territory of Women, conferences of peace of Assisi and of the world and Synod theAmazon.

Thus, we will reflect on the progress of the rule of law and, finally, on the sense of reform of the UN to be taken within the direction established by its own letter based on the rule of law that the organization created and puts into development.

The legacy of God and the UN for justice - historical summary of the process of establishing human rights, the rights of women and children

The process of establishing human rights, women's and children's rights, was established in three divisions of action - man, woman and child - and a specific objective:

The first step in this process was this:

3. The Declaration of Rights and Feelings prepared by Elizabeth Cady Stanton and signed in 1848 by 68 women and 32 men, known today as the Seneca Falls Convention (NY);

4. The Magna Carta Inglesa of 1215 resulting from the dialogue between King John, Pope Innocent III and the English barons about the sovereign's prerogatives;

5. The Declaration of Individual Rights annexed to the United States' independence process in 1776 which involved men like Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, Roger Sherman and Robert R. Livingston;

6. The Declaration of the Rights of Man and the Citizen resulting from the French Revolution in 1789.

And, among the declarations, treaties, conventions, action agendas and procedural works existing and under development in front of them, we have today countless other documents, conferences and thematic studies raised in the course of the 75/76 years of UN life and of political-law enforcement , linked to relations. cultural, civilizational and economicinterests of its member countries.

I couldn’t list them all, but we list some of the biggest conferences:

These indicators, these three guidelines, are in fact universal. They are within the political, cultural and economic systems in force in all civilizations, states and governments, people and families. Thus, together they constitute the UN order paradigm.

The paradigm of the universal rule of law of the Earth as a planet - not the property of a State, people, culture, religion, economy and power - which has this destiny as its foundation:

Integrate, balance and discipline the paradigm of the economic world order in power during the processing of the second war and the post-world war until today, sustained in the processes of industrialization - namely: the paradigm of the market, competition, profit, power, consumption and protection against violence on the planet. The judicial and police-military parameters, applied with based in these economic indicators of direction and global social movement - assistance, negotiation and military, police and political control of social movements.

This is the historical fact that is currently underway,.

In the central context of UN construction post-league of the nations,  of the end of the second world war and with the goal of containment and eliminating the causes of the previous war ones and establishing a lasting peace and common sustainable development, this paradigm become the great watershed in the measurement of mission for all UN staff, individuals or members nations and their peoples.

We have a new concrete paradigm established in the Universal Rule of Law to be legally ordered worldwide.

And the world legal system has taken a big step towards the ideal of j ordenation of justice. It is the action for a new world legal order associated to people. A comprehensive legal-cultural or socio-cultural order and not just economic-financial. It is a process of transition from a state of governance and economic legal status to a state of governance and integral legal state.. Certainly this will be the most difficult transition in power in the world - similar to the difficulty of transition from the Donald Trump administration to a Joe Biden government, only with a far greater degree of difficulty.

As the Joe Biden administration was born under the Donald Trump administration, the Universal State of Human Rights was born within the processing of the current economic, political and military order.
