Dear Fellow Americans:
I, again, address world peace as to encourage the ending of the civil wars abroad and in the United States of America, respectively.
On Friday, July 19, 2024, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) at The Hague rules that Israel has broken established multiple agreements in its practices in regard to the construction of Israeli settlements in Palestinian territories, the demolition of Palestinian homes, the land appropriation, restrictions on Palestinians' access to resources in occupied lands, and other discriminatory policies. I, too, agree.
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is authorized to hear disputes between international governments. These governments are set up through the United Nations. While its power to enforce these laws often depends on alliances, the high court rules that Israel has committed genocide against Palestinian people. Israel operates militarily in Gaza since October 2023 on all public international records.
Simply put: There are warrants for the arrest of Israeli officials and some Russians.
As duly reported through the Wall Street Journal (WSJ), Israel has denounced these allegations on genocide. The intent by Israelites as told is to destroy Hamas and to free the hostages. However, the court stated (1) that under international law occupation is meant to be only temporary, and (2) that an occupying power has legal responsibilities towards residents of occupied territories.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu states: "The Jewish people are not conquerors in their own land--not in our eternal capital Jerusalem and not in the land of our ancestors in Judea and Samaria."

The case before us and in the U.N. General Assembly is at the request dated in December 2022 for an advisory opinion on the legality of Israel's several decades of occupation and public interest policy practices against the Palestinians.
I, too, believe that the Holy Land must be shared by and through all people, nations, and tribes. According to the high court, the West Bank, Gaza Strip, and East Jerusalem are property occupied by the Palestinians. And this public land is to this end open to all of us, including the Jewish, the Middle Eastern, and African nations, and all people.
Our "shared-vision" on world peace today echoes a presence of The Holy Spirit across the globe tomorrow.
Responsible leadership like peace leadership, therefore, is only by a human example.
