2.?Supercritical CO2 coolant-through system

Through coolant-through?transmission control system, the supercritical CO2?fluid is transferred to the cutting area, and rapidly heated in the cutting area to form micro-sized dry ice and CO2, and accelerate the chipping?removal at the cutting edge;?The coolant-through?transmission control system monitors the pressure and temperature?of supercritical CO2?fluid in the transmission tube in real time to ensure the supercritical CO2?fluid transmission and stable low-temperature cooling performance;?It’s equipped with supercritical coolant-through?spindle and ultrasonic shrink-fit?tool holder to?reduce interference?and?cooling in place; and achieve -78℃ cleaning?and cutting with ??supercritical CO2?fluid.

3.?Highly-Rigid-and-Precise?machine structure

The machine?tool?made of?cast iron material?features gantry structure with strong rigidity and good stability; Its?positioning accuracy can get up to 3μm?and?repeatability?accuracy?2μm with the following advantages: availability of in-machine measurement through configuring on-line detection system, high-level lead screw?and?guideway?protection,?multiple alternatives as to protection structures that meet different needs of materials machining, optional single?or double tool magazine with holding capacity of?up to 30?tools.
