Ultimate ZOOM, TEAMS, Video Set-Up
So here we are a new dawn of delivery a studio absolutely dedicated to the ability for us to deliver impactfully when it comes to one-to-one coaching, team effectiveness or larger scale development programs.
We have three cameras 3 x 4k DSLR cameras they are set up in the following way:
- We've got one that faces directly to me which means I can engage with people specifically through that crisp 4k imagery I get to alter the zoom lens on it so i can get more intimate with people as required.
- I press a button on the switcher box that we have and it switches to the overhead camera and that plays down onto the whiteboard on the desk which means as I draw diagrams or whatever it is that i'm crafting on there I actually am still picture in picture with the audience so that's a really inclusive way for people to not lose that connection with me as we're looking at diagrams and methods and mindsets that require some sort of visual stimulus I press another button and that takes us to the.....
- Third camera and that takes us to the whiteboard where I can stand up and that more traditional animated interaction that again allows us to capture the enthusiasm of people because of that sense of energy.
As we go through those three cameras and each one of the white boards has these little orange stickers that allow us to take a picture of the imagery and it automatically connects as a PDF and goes over to the participants so again in real time we do the drawing take the photograph and off it goes to the people that are on the call or in the program all in all with the acoustic panels that quality of the camera this is a beautiful setup to reach out to people in a truly intimate way to engage them wherever they are in the world it's truly fantastic.
