Regarding the state of the world for the past, present and future:
The whole record of human history shows that life is and has been about one thing, and only one main thing: good versus evil.
In essence: good people wanting to do good and evil people wanting to do evil. All the rest are but expressions of irrelevant, nonsensical hope and irrational philosophies. And warm and fuzzy, feel-nice emotionality.
Poet Edward Fitzgerald summarized it best:
“Oh threats of Hell and Hopes of Paradise!
One thing at least is certain -- This Life flies;
One thing is certain and the rest are Lies --
The Flower that once has bloomed, forever dies.”
Ending trauma on a global scale one family at a time and it starts with healing ourselves! ??
