The Ultimate Steps to Create And Manage The Life & Career You Love!

The Ultimate Steps to Create And Manage The Life & Career You Love!

We can live a full, complete life achieving our goals and realizing our wildest dreams.?

"Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy."?--Dale Carnegie

How you ask me? By Taking Intentional Steps To Transform Your Life.??

INTENTIONALITY MEANS CHARACTERISTICS OF AN INDIVIDUAL ACTIONS THAT REQUIRES HIM/HER TO HAVE GOALS, DESIRES AND STANDARDS WITH SELECT BEHAVIOURS AND HABITS THAT HELP HIM/HER TO ATTAIN THAT GOAL.

WE ALL HAVE THE CAPACITY TO succeed, but are we willing to take that leap of faith?

Are we ready to trust in your skills and abilities to learn and transform into the person we have always dreamed of.

Most of us, use a very small portion of our minds, and therefore of have the notion that our capacity/our ability is limited. That’s all we can do or we've been told that since childhood, at work, at home!

Or you saw some attempt a task and excel at it, and you took a step back assuming you would fail without even trying to make an attempt.

Today we live "In the golden digital age of having the means to live the life we dream off -?creativity and time are the key commodities, learning how to learn is the key skill and the brain is the key organ". (Power up your Mind : Bill Lucas)

Now if we can learn faster and more effectively there's no doubt we will surely thrive.

Yes, you can succeed. If you're like most people, you've tried to change your life, and it has not worked. At least not very well. It's OK. You were still learning the right away.

We are strong and we wake up every day and look for infinite possibilities.

Look at the times you failed, I failed so many times too, but WOW I am proud of you and I am proud of myself for waking up the next day, patting our shoulders empathetically and attempting to make our lives better. Striving to be better than yesterday.

You ask me: What you need to do now?

What you need to do is "Create And Manage The Life & Career You Want & Love"

Create your own world:??

As you meet new people and gain new experiences your ‘Dream Career goals’ will change as you grow and evolve.??

You can create the world you want around the work you love doing - easier said than done right? But many successful people do it, even the ones who had no money at all started from 0 to millions. Be open to ‘whatever you love’ changing. One single role or job does not define you; the accumulation of your experience, your values, your passion, your kind heart, your ability to help, learn and grow - that defines you.??

We get caught up in the idea that we’re only as good as the role we’re in, or have done in the past.??That is not true at all. We are far more than our jobs - so keep this in mind when moving to a new role, or plotting out your next steps?

Find Your Why??

Start by learning the basics.

Before you start practicing intentionality, you need to learn a few things, and you will need to FIND YOUR WHY.

It’s critical to identify concretely what amazing success and reward looks like for you specifically, and then break that down into a vision - YOUR WHY that fits well with what you believe is possible. Attach it to your emotional need to fulfil your WHY.

Leading with WHY has a deeper, more emotional, and ultimately more influential value says Simon Sinek.?

Finding their WHY has led millions of individuals to rethink everything they do – in their personal lives, their careers and their organizations.?

Now Find Your Why shows you how to apply powerful insights that will help you find more inspiration at work & in your day to day life— and in turn inspire those around you.?

I believe feeling fulfilled and happy in our life is a right and not a privilege. You don't need permission from those around you or your family or friends. You only need to give yourself the permission to be. Be your amazing self that works towards achieving your goals systematically.

We are all entitled to wake up in the morning inspired to go to work, feel safe when we’re there and return home fulfilled at the end of the day.

Achieving that contentment starts with understanding exactly WHY we do what we do.?

“A man without a purpose is like a ship without a rudder.” —Thomas Carlyle?

Set A Goal:??

Don't be restricted to opportunities that come your way, or that you might create for yourself.??Don't feel shy to ask for that promotion or that raise. You deserve it.

If you don’t know what you’re good at or enjoy, put yourself out there to find out, even when it feels difficult or you’re out of your comfort zone.??Ask your friends, colleagues and family members what they think you're good at and make a list, compare it to what you think your good at, you must arrive somewhere. If you are still struggling take the test at 16personalities.com and take it multiple times and it will give you an idea about your strengths and what you can be good at.

Create a growth plan with your current employer if you are currently employed: Tell them ‘I don't know how good I am at X, Y or Z, but I want to learn so I would like to assist Mr. Y on his project’. For example: A Project Manager may want to learn a new PMP software or build his or her people skills etc. A good employer will see you thrive and grow, and it’s in their interest to invest in your skills' development, if they don't you better start planning your next ideal job environment that will allow you to do that. This will help you not just in your current role but for future roles too.?

Construct a Continuous Professional Development Plan. It's a process by which individuals take control of their own learning and development by engaging in an on-going process of reflection and take action. It is empowering, exciting and stimulates you to achieve your aspirations and move towards your Dream Career.

It's a systematic way of helping you manage your development, and give your best to yourself. It is a targeted personal development plan and a record that is a diary/Journal of key experiences, learnings & results.
